Alex Snowden is a Graduate of Temple University with a B.S. in Sports Management Administration. He is currently Senior Advisor Agent of Hitz Sport Management.
Alex has extensive experience working with Professional Athletes. Before building
Hitz Sports he worked with the Philadelphia Flyers of the NHL. He also helped recruit and worked extensively with several NFL players during his employment at 4th and 1 Sports Management a licensed NFLPA player agent firm in Philadelphia, PA. Additionally, he is active member of NASSM (North American Society for Sport Management). Alex manages all aspects of the of Hitz Sports Management.

Lauren Hickman is a graduate of West Chester University with a Bachelor of Science in Professional  Studies with minors in Health,  Psychology and Coaching. While there she played Division 2 soccer for the Lady Rams.  Additionally, Lauren also acquired a Masters in Sports Management from American Public University in 2008. In her spare time she is the director of an adult co-ed sports league while also coaching youth basketball & soccer.  She is also an active member of NASSM (North American Society for Sport Management). Currently, she is Director of Marketing at Hitz Sports Management

Rey Santos is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing, and a concentration in Sports & Entertainment.  During his time at SJU, Rey was a member of the Saint Joseph’s University JV Basketball Team for two years and was also active in a number of campus organizations and activities.  Currently, he is Director of Client Services and Sports Information at Hitz Sports Management.
